Ans - The photograph is directly taken from http://en.gravatar.com/ So, you have to go to this website and create an account by just giving your email address. You can then upload a pic that will be used for all your comments. This pic will also be used for sites that use gravatar. Gravatar stands for Globally Recognized Avatar.
